Potato Chip Cookies! Seriously! I said Potato Chips!

Come into the kitchen cuz
Mama Is a cooking!
Santa is coming to town
so it is time to get down!

My Favorite Cookie
In The Whole Wide World
is
Potato Chip Cookies!
Every perky mama needs this recipe in her box!
I love salt and sugar together
and this is it!
These cookies are light and crispy!
Light as in weight not fat content!

Potato Chip Cookies

               1/2 CUP SUGAR
               1 CUP PURE BUTTER SOFTENED
               1 1/2 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
               1 tsp. VANILLA
               1/2 CUP CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS

Cream butter and sugar first!
Add remaining ingredients into
the bowl and stir them up real well!
Drop by teaspoons on an
ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Dust with powdered sugar if you so desire!
This makes them pretty!
Oh these are just so good!

Your gonna want this recipe too!

Granny's Ice Box Cookies

Santa was so happy with these cookies
last year he would not leave our house!

I'll be making these too! I like unusual stuff to give away at Christmas... you know something every body's never had. This will fill the bill!

A few years ago my daughter made everyone a gift in a jar - mine was the Potato Chip Cookies. I just love them, so will everyone else!
